Maintenance:

1. Sprocket wheel should be installed on the shaft without skew and swing. The end faces of the two sprockets in the same transmission component shall be in the same plane, and the center distance of the sprocket is less than 0.5 meters, the allowable deviation is 1 mm; When the center distance of the sprocket is more than 0.5 m, the allowable deviation is 2 mm. But it is not allowed to have the friction sprocket tooth flank phenomenon, if the two wheel plait move too much easy to produce the chain and accelerated wear. Care must be taken to check and adjust offsets when replacing sprockets.

2. The tightness of lifting chain should be appropriate, too tight to increase power consumption, bearing easy to wear; Too loose chain easy to jump and off the chain. The tightness of the chain is as follows: lift or press down from the middle of the chain, the center distance between the two sprockets is about 2%-3%.

3. The new lifting chain is too long or after the use of elongation, difficult to adjust, can be removed as the case, but must be even. The link shall pass through the back of the chain, the locking plate shall be inserted outside, and the opening of the locking plate shall be in the opposite direction of rotation.

4. After serious wear of sprocket wheel, new sprocket wheel and new chain should be replaced at the same time to ensure good engagement.New chains or sprockets cannot be replaced alone. Otherwise it will cause bad meshing to accelerate the wear of new chain or sprocket. Sprocket gear surface wear to a certain extent should be used in a timely manner (refers to adjustable surface use sprocket). To extend the service life.

5. The old lifting chain cannot be mixed with part of the new chain, otherwise it is easy to generate impact in the transmission and break the chain.

6. The lifting chain should be timely filled with lubricating oil in the work. The lubricating oil must enter the fit gap between the roller and the inner sleeve in order to improve working conditions to reduce wear.
