Chain Scrap Judgment

1. The allowable wear value of lifting chain shall not exceed 10% of the diameter of ring chain bar or the thickness of auxiliary tools;

2. From the plane where the main ring is not bent, if the main ring is twisted more than 10 degrees, it shall be scrapped;

3. If cracks, bending or distortion occur in any part of the sling chain and there are some phenomena such as stuck or stiff and astringent resistance between the loop hinge, which cannot be ruled out, it is prohibited to use;

4. The permanent elongation of the chain and single ring shall not exceed 5% of the original length.
