G80 BINDER CHAIN ASSEMBLY - DOMESTIC NACM Standard
Tie down chain (transport chain) are high strength chains used in applications where much strength is needed yet the task served is rather straightforward. Sometimes referred to as grade 80 binder chain, cargo chain, high-tensile chain, or trucking chain, this heavy-duty chain is designed for cargo control and tie down applications. Drums of transport chain are available in lengths of 550’, 400’, and 200’, as well as custom-cut chain assemblies and chain tie downs.
Chain Material: 20Mn2A, 25MnV, 23MnNiCrMo54 etc
Production standard:EN818-2, GB/T20947-2007, ISO3077:2001
Chain grade:G80
Safety factor:6 meter breaking load test, 2.5 times proof load test, 4 times safety factor.
Surface treatment: black oixde, electroplate, black painted etc
