1. About welding

The weld must be located in the middle of a connecting branch. Any excess material must be removed after welding. The diameter of the weld shall not exceed the tolerance and shall not be less than the diameter of the connector.

2. Heat treatment

Heat treatment: It must be treated according to the standard to ensure the temperature in the heat treatment.
The temperature and speed of the heat treatment equipment should meet the chain standard.

3. Burst load

Depending on the type and grade of the chain, the burst load of the chain in its finished state must be equal to or greater than the required burst load. Even if the theoretical burst load is reached, the welding should not have a burst.
