Process for Marine Alloy Steel chain:

The galvanized iron chain is such that the molten metal reacts with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, thereby combining the matrix and the plating layer.

The galvanized iron chain is first pickled, In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface, after pickling, it is washed by ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent into the hot dip plating tank.

The galvanized iron chain has the advantages of uniform plating, strong adhesion and long service life.
