There are usually four lubrication methods for round lifting chains:
Ⅰ-Manually use oil can or oil brush to oil regularly;
Ⅱ-Drip oil lubrication, use an oil cup to drip oil to the gap between the inner and outer chain plates of the loose edge through the oil pipe;
Ⅲ-Oil bath lubrication or splash lubrication, using a sealed transmission box, the former uses a part of the chain and sprocket immersed in oil, the latter uses a larger diameter oil thrower to splash the oil;
Ⅳ-The oil pump pressure spray lubrication, the oil pump is used to continuously supply oil to the chain through the oil pipe, and the circulating oil can play the role of lubrication and cooling. The kinematic viscosity of lubricating oil used in chain transmission is about 20-40mm2/s at operating temperature. Only places where the speed is slow and oil cannot be supplied can be replaced with grease.
