1.The tightness of the chain should be appropriate.It should not be too loose or too tight. Too tight is easy to increase power consumption, bearings are easy to wear, and too loose is easy to skip the chain.
2.It should be properly filled with lubricant during use to improve work efficiency and reduce wear;
3.The length of the chain should be adjusted according to the lifting height of the lifting object, and overloading is not allowed;
The above can only reduce the degree of wear of the lifting chain. If the chain has exceeded its service life, it must be scrapped in time. Do not carry illness or fatigue to avoid unnecessary danger.
