1. If the two sprockets are in the same transmission assembly, they should be in the same plane. If the center distance of the sprocket is less than 0.5m, the allowable deviation is 1mm, if it is more than 0.5m, then the allowable deviation is 2mm. When replacing the sprocket, check and adjust the offset.
2. The tightness of the round mining chain should be appropriate. Too tight will increase power consumption and wear bearings. Too loose will easily cause the chain to jump or even disconnect.
3. If the mining round chain is too long, or if it cannot be adjusted after being stretched, some chain links can be properly removed according to the situation, but the chain links must be an even number after removal.
4. If the abrasion of the round mining chain is severe, the sprocket and chain should be replaced instead of only one of them to ensure good meshing. The old and new chains cannot be mixed, otherwise the chain will be easily broken during use.
5. Mining round chains must be lubricated in accordance with regulations when they are used, and lubricating oil must enter the gap to ensure the degree of lubrication.
