If any point of the contact part of the chain is worn, and the wear degree of the diameter of the chain link section exceeds the standard thickness, the chain shall be replaced immediately.
In general, the chain link diameter DM = (D1 + D2): 2 < = 0.9d the average link diameter is calculated by two separate values and the degree of rotation respectively.
If the length of one of the lifting chains increases continuously or the inclination of the inner dimension of a single chain exceeds 5%, the lifting chain shall be replaced immediately. If the inner inclination of the lifting chain has exceeded 2% of the measured dimension of the chain link, it shall be replaced immediately.
