But compared with the transmission chain, the speed of the chain is slow and the load is large, and the total length of the chain and the number of links are large, so the quality of the chain is large. Especially for large roller chain, because the quality of large roller accounts for a large proportion in the chain, the problem of large quality of stainless steel chain is more prominent. If the quality of the chain is too large, the tension accepted by the chain will be greatly increased, so the consumption of invalid power will be increased.
1. In order to remove the clearance of all G70 lifting chains, measure under a certain level of pulling tension on the chain
2. When measuring, in order to reduce the error as much as possible, measure at 6-10 knots
3. Measure the inner L1 and outer L2 scales between the rollers with the number of knots to get the discrimination scale L = (L1L2) / 2
4. Calculate the elongation length of the chain, which is compared with the application boundary value of the chain elongation in the preceding item.
Therefore, reducing the quality of the G70 lifting chain itself is an important issue in the design of the chain.
