How to check the appearance of stainless steel short link chain in detail?
With the expansion of the application range of stainless steel chains, consumers have placed more stringent requirements on the design and manufacture of stainless steel conveyor chains.
Visual inspection of stainless steel short link chain:
1. Whether the outer chain is deformed, cracked or embroidered;
2. Whether the pin is deformed or rotated or embroidered;
3. Whether the roller is cracked, damaged or excessively worn;
4. Whether the joint is loose and deformed;
5. Is there any abnormal noise or abnormal vibration during operation, and whether the lubrication condition of the chain is good;
Inspection method of stainless steel short link chain:
1. The chain is cleaned before measurement;
2. Surround the tested chain on the two sprockets, and the upper and lower sides of the tested chain should be supported;
3. The chain before the measurement should stay under the condition of applying one-third small limit tensile load;
4. During the measurement, apply the specified measurement load on the chain to make the upper and lower chains tension, and the chain should be on the sprocket to ensure normal tooth engagement;
