Recently, our company had the honor to receive customers from overseas. The customers and their party were very interested in our process technology, quality control and service quality, and we were very much able to share our experience with them and show them our strengths and advantages.
First of all, the customers were very interested in our process technology, they personally observed our production process and asked some targeted questions, we seriously answered their questions and showed them our high-precision equipment, so that they could know more about our process level.
Secondly, customers also pay special attention to our quality control, they think that good quality assurance is the foundation of enterprise survival, so they are very concerned about the construction of our quality system, we introduced to them a number of quality management measures we adopted, and showed them our testing equipment, under their personal supervision, our lifting chains passed all the quality inspection.
The customers were very satisfied with our service quality, they fully affirmed our pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services, and they though that these service initiatives manifested our responsible and serious attitude towards our customers. And this is what we have been pursuing and insisting.
During the whole inspection period, the customer's figures always appeared in our production site, process laboratory and testing center, and their concerns and expectations were always in our hearts. During the communication, the customers expressed their satisfaction with our lifting chain products, and we are very grateful to be able to communicate and share with them. We will take the satisfaction and affirmation of our customers as the motivation, and keep improving ourselves and striving for excellence to provide more satisfactory services and products for our customers, and make unremitting efforts to build a brand in the market.
